Pilaf is a traditional dish of Uzbek cuisine, but many peoples of the world have similar dishes and they are deservedly very popular. In Uzbekistan alone, the number of recipes for cooking pilaf reaches several dozen. This book contains a wide variety of recipes for cooking pilaf, risotto with meat, vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, fish, as well as salads served with pilaf. Pilaf is the most favorite and traditional of all Uzbek dishes.
