The author's new book for the first time explores many previously unknown pages of the history of Russian Orthodox emigration in Europe, mainly Central and Eastern, on the eve and during the II World War. The Russian Orthodox world abroad during this period was a lost continent, already almost disappeared. Only recently has it attracted the attention of researchers, and the new book by Mikhail Vitalievich has become an important stage in its study.
