The reference book contains a systematic statement of spelling and punctuation rules. It is designed to deepen and generalize the knowledge of high school students and students of humanitarian faculties in the field of spelling, can be used by the press, as well as everyone who is interested in competent Russian writing. The material of the Handbook is given in a linear sequence corresponding to the generally accepted scheme, i.e. sections of morphology courses and syntax of the modern Russian language.
