In this monograph, from the standpoint of the new concept of out-of-stage unfinished torts, preparation for a crime, attempted crime and crime terminated due to voluntary refusal are considered. Based on the analysis of legal acts of domestic and foreign legislation of the X-XX centuries, the author's project of the institute of unfinished crime was developed.
