With this book, the Poet's Library presents the reader with another era in the life of Russian satirical poetry - the period of the pre-October decade. Nardu with the works of famous poets, samples of the work of a large detachment of forgotten and little-known satirists are collected here. In their poems, they exposed the anti-popular policy of tsarism and its institutions (ministries, police, security department), leaders of right-wing and compromising parties.
