Alain, a fifty-year-old doctor from Paris, receives a letter from a recording studio sent in 1983 - that is, thirty years ago. The letter says that the recording of his group "Holograms" was selected from many applicants - the producer saw great potential in their song. But the group broke up a long time ago, and dreams of music went to gather dust in the closet. Yet Alain believes the other band members should learn that they once had a big future on stage. He begins to search for those who have long disappeared from his life, returns to the past again and again, realizing with crystal clarity that his life could have turned out very differently...
