The book is devoted to the study of the six-century period of the history of a small region of the Vileika region within the boundaries of the parish of the Latygol Church. The study allows you to look at the global events that took place in our homeland through the eyes of local residents, to learn how changes in public life affected their destinies. A lot of space is given to "white spots" in history, well-known to local residents, but hiding from the general public in Soviet times for ideological reasons. The author pays special attention to the 150-year history of the Latygol school, illustrating it with a large number of photographs.
