Leo Hirosfact (c. 840 - after 913) is a prominent representative of Byzantine secular philosophy of the 9th - early 10th centuries. A student of Leo the Mathematician and Philosopher, a highly educated intellectual, poet and theologian, an influential courtier, a brilliant diplomat, a relative of the fourth wife of Emperor Leo VI, he was already slandered before Vasileus in old age and spent several years in exile, and from church circles he was accused of religious dishonesty, paganism and godlessness.
