The textbook retains a systematic approach to studying the history of international relations, focuses on the development and gradual degradation of the Yalta-Potsdam order, the consequences of the collapse of the USSR and the formation of a new world order. The development of the situation in regional subsystems is also considered - in Europe, East Asia, the Middle and Middle East, in Latin America. In the period after 1991, priority is given to Russian foreign policy.
