The lecture course focuses on the consideration of legal ontology issues from the standpoint of the communicative concept of law developed by the author, which is one of the modern options for integral legal understanding. From the perspective of this concept, the traditional problems for the theory of law and the state, provided for by the ministerial program for persons receiving higher legal education, are also interpreted.
