The book of Y.I. Perelman is one of the most accessible of the author's well-known series of books on entertaining issues of mathematics. A variety of mathematical puzzles are collected here, of which many are dressed in the form of small stories. To solve them, it is enough to get acquainted with elementary arithmetic and the simplest information from geometry. Only a small part of the tasks requires the ability to compose and solve the simplest equations.
