The book is dedicated to little-known pages in the history of the southern coastal estate "Livadia" - from the end of the 18th century until it was acquired in 1860 by Emperor Alexander II. The period of "pre-imperial Livadia" is associated with the names of active participants in events of great importance that took place in the era of three reigns - Catherine the Great, Paul I and Alexander I.
