The proposed publication is the first study in Ukrainian historiography on the history of Ukrainian diplomacy. Using various, in particular archival, sources, the authors reproduce in a drawn form the relations of Ukraine with diplomatic services and heads of government of other states, reveal the history of Ukrainian lands as an object of diplomatic struggle of different states during periods of statelessness of Ukraine.
