The monographic work reviewed the main monuments of Oriental Europe, as well as on the materials of the archaeological cultures of Epshravetta and Eastern Epigravetta, some historical processes that took place in the eastern half of Europe 20-1312 thousand years ago were considered. Based on the European criteria for assessing archaeological materials of the Gravettian type, hundreds of Late Paleolithic monuments of Ukraine and Romania were analyzed. Moldova and Russia. Several new epigravett and East epigravett archaeological cultures have been identified. The possibility of supplementing the previously allocated cultures with new monuments was considered.
