Yasinsky (Anton Nikitich) - historian. Born in 1864. He graduated from the course at the historical and philological faculty of the University of St. Vladimir. He received a master's degree for his dissertation: "The fall of the zemstvo system in the Czech state." Since 1896 he has been a professor of history at St. George's University. He acquired a doctorate for his dissertation: "Essays and research on the social and economic history of the Czech Republic in the Middle Ages." Both of Yasinsky's dissertations were awarded the Imperial Academy of Sciences Prize named after A.A. Kotlyarovsky and Lomonosov.
