About the Soviet type of domination that arose spontaneously (taking leadership responsibility for a dying country) - and managed to gain a foothold in history, but at a high price. Lenin, Kosygin or Andropov are relevant for the historian as acting politicians - either lucky or not - which makes the analysis of their compositions relevant for a contemporary political scientist.
