The first - "Seven Days in the Himalayas" - miraculously breaking through censorship slingshots, was published in 1982 in the magazine "Moscow." It aroused not only mass reader interest, but also massive criticism from the officialdom, who saw in it the undermining of the foundations of the prevailing ideology.
