Notes" compiled by a teacher at the Chuguevsky Infantry Junker School according to the program for junker schools announced in the order for the military department of 1893. The publication is inspired by the desire to give students a guide in which they can find answers to all the questions of the program in a simple and visual form. All the main theoretical provisions and shooting techniques are supported each time by suitable examples and are presented with possible completeness, but bypassing trigonometric conclusions that do not correspond to the volume of the mathematics course in cadet schools. Everything that is not directly related to reading plans and maps or to generally accepted carbonation methods of shooting, as well as many examples are printed in small print, yet of particular importance - in italics.
