The book is devoted to the problem of active control of rotating spacecraft (SC). Issues of spacecraft motion dynamics stabilized by rotation (transient modes, types of steady oscillations, possible angular changes relative to axes, etc.) are considered. The principles of building systems for controlling the speed and orientation of rotating spacecraft are shown. Linear and non-linear control systems are investigated: general characteristics, control laws and structural diagrams of systems, methods for calculating energy costs to maintain a given rotation speed.
