A. J. Riddle was born and raised in North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill. During his college years, he started his first company on shares with a childhood friend. For ten years he was engaged in the creation and development of various Internet companies. However, then the main passion of his life was overcome by the need to engage in management and Riddle began to write science fiction novels.
