The monograph provides a systematization of part of the gravitational effects of A00) predicted by Einstein's general theory of relativity (GR). A special representation (tetrad) of GR is presented, in which the components of the Lorentz basis act as gravitational potentials - generalized Lamé coefficients subordinate to Einstein gravitation equations.
