The collection is dedicated to the memory of a major Russian historian, Professor A.A. Preobrazhensky. The collection publishes articles on various aspects of the history of Russia of the feudal period, source study and historiography. Studies are published on the role of the Orthodox Church in the history of Russia, the feudal city, on the history of Russian entrepreneurship, relations between the authorities and various classes, agrarian history and foreign policy of Russia.
