This collection includes the most important speeches and speeches of the delegates of the USSR, the Ukrainian SSR and the BSSR at the second session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, which took place in New York in September - November 1947. Materials are located in the collection by sections, in accordance with the issues discussed at the session. The collection does not include certain issues of secondary importance on the agenda of the session, such as some procedural ones, on the election of members of various UN subsidiary bodies, organizational and administrative, financial and others.
