Structurally, the textbook consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the historical development and current state of the real estate valuation process in our country, as well as analyzes foreign experience. The second chapter is devoted to the consideration of methods of basic approaches and methods of real estate valuation, their distinctive features and applicability.
