Vietnamese combat systems successfully withstood brutal tests in the 20th century in hand-to-hand battles of the Vietnamese with French and Japanese colonialists, American and Chinese aggressors. Unfortunately, despite this, they are known to our compatriots to a much lesser extent than the Japanese, Korean and Chinese systems. The book outlines the technical course of the modern Vietnamese Quankido combat system. Its specificity is that combat techniques and physical exercises are given in the form of complexes and are accompanied by instructions on organizing the training process.
