The proposed publication continues the story about the prospects for the development of formations and units of the North Caucasus Military District on the basis of the provisions of the Federal Target Program "Transition to manning by servicemen undergoing military service under contract, a number of formations and military units for 2004-2007," begun in the first book under the general title "North Caucasian Military District" on the way to the professional army."
