The collection contains articles by researchers of late Roman antiquities in Southeast Europe from Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France. It was based on the reports of the participants of the international conference, which took place in October 2010 in Kyiv and was devoted to the study of topical problems of Chernyakhov culture. Most of the articles are devoted to the publication of new materials, analysis and historical reconstructions of Chernyakhov culture. Also, a number of studies are devoted to the problems of relationships with synchronous cultural entities.
