Based on archival materials and new published documents, the authors of the articles consider the geopolitical situation in Central and Southeast Europe on the eve, during and after the peace conference in Paris (Versailles). The works raise important problems of determining the status of national minorities, drawing new borders, and forming bilateral and multilateral relations in this region.
