This is the first tutorial on the course "Geophysics of the landscape." the subject and main tasks of landscape geophysics, elementary structural and functional parts of natural-territorial complexes (CAS), their main physical properties, physical processes in the landscape are considered. Much attention is paid to the vertical and horizontal structure of the CAS, geophysical analysis of the structure and functioning of the CAS.
