The creation of a new southwestern district of Moscow is one of the most important and largest parts of the master plan for the reconstruction of the capital of socialism. To master a new territory, plan highways, residential areas, parks on it, outline the necessary water, sewer, electric networks and transport links is as difficult as it is exciting.
