The Regional Committee for Physical Culture and Sports issues a collection of materials on the organization of chess and drafts to help grassroots sports teams. This brochure will contribute to the further popularization of chess and drafts among the broad masses of workers, will help organize the study of athletes in chess and drafts circles and sections.
