This collection includes translations of the very first Xin'i Quan textbooks written for students of Beijing State University and students of QingHua University: Li JianQiu's book "The Fist Art of XinI" and Liu DianChen's book "The Intricacies of the Fist Art of XinI." In addition to the theory of style and the medieval treatise on fist art attributed to General Yue Fei, the collection includes applied sections of Xin'i Quan: "Fist of the Five First Elements," "Fist of the Twelve Forms"; "Sword of the Five First Elements," "Sword of the Twelve Forms"; "Spear of the Five First Elements," "Spear of the Twelve Forms."
