The album consists of 64 cards and guidelines for using them. Cards 1-14 contain technical specifications for the manufacture of individual elements of kites, parachute domes, and various paper models. Cards 15-64 show diagrams and drawings of flying flat and box kites, rocket kites and rocket kites. The guidelines describe how to launch snakes and missiles. Intended for the leaders of technical creativity circles of pioneer camps and other extracurricular institutions.
