The collection "Pereyaslavskaya Rada of 1654" covers the problems of the Ukrainian-Moscow agreement concluded as a result of the January-March negotiations of 1654 between Bogdan Khmelnitsky and Moscow Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich. The first part of the publication contains reprints of the works of Ukrainian historiography and journalism of the last quarter of the 19th - 70s of the 20th centuries. The second part includes scientific studies of modern historians - reviews of Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English-language historiographers, articles about the Pereyaslav Rada, its causes and consequences.
