The textbook discusses a set of problems related to the development of a management solution: a system of scientific concepts, methodological foundations of decision-making theory; the nature and classes of management decisions; decision-making methods and models; basic approaches to the implementation of individual stages of the decision-making process, including diagnosis and formulation of problems, setting goals, defining criteria, methods for the formation of alternatives and their analysis, preparation and planning of the decision-making process.
