The publication contains articles, publications, materials and messages about the life and work of Mayakovsky. The first section presents articles that consider such topics as: the history of Mayakovsky's relationship with constructivists, Mayakovsky's attitude to theater and traditions. In the second section, the reader will find memories of P.V. Neznamov's Mayakovsky, I.Utkin's memoirs, S.M. Eisenstein's notes, and the text of A.V. Fevralsky's conversation with N.Khikmet about Mayakovsky is also given. In the third section, containing materials and messages, A.V. Fevralsky examines the poet's work in the theater of the Soviet years - his plays, performances, oral and printed statements.
