"Russia in a concentration camp," first published in 1936 in Bulgaria, became not only the first book about Soviet concentration camps, but also a verdict on the criminal system of the Bolshevik dictatorship, which was hiding behind the sign of "the power of the workers' councils." Undeservedly forgotten, it is much less known in the post-Soviet space than outside it.
