The publication presents the full text of an important monument of the old Ukrainian business language of the late XVI - the first half of the XVII century. - act book of the Kyiv subcommittee court. It provides rich and diverse material for characterizing social legal relations and the life of the Ukrainian people. Along with the peculiarities of the business language, live colloquial vocabulary recorded in the field records of protocols for interviewing witnesses and participants in land surveying is reflected. The microtoponymic and hydronymic nomenclature attested in the book opens up significant opportunities for onomastic research. The text is accompanied by a preface, indexes, dictionaries of outdated words and legal terms, as well as a map of the Kyiv Voivodeship compiled from the materials of the monument at the turn of the 16th-17th centuries.
