This publication is the first scientific work on the history of Siberia in history. Compiled in the 18th century by the historiographer academician G.F. Miller (1705-1783), who was a member of the Great Northern Expedition of 1733-1743. and wrote a five-volume "History of Siberia," consisting of 23 chapters. This work has not yet been fully published. Volume II includes the text of chapters 6-9. The Appendix publishes: a) historical acts relating to chapters 6-9.
