Information on design and technological options for elements and components of microcircuits, microprocessors and microassemblies is presented. A detailed description of the technological routes of their production is given. Particular attention is paid to the analysis and synthesis of technological routes, ensuring the quality of microelectronics products and the efficiency of their production. Modern designs of microelectronics products are presented and analyzed from the point of view of their use in microelectronic equipment.
