Overview of the construction of New Petrograd is essentially limited to the years 1905-1915. Almost everything that was built earlier goes beyond the limits of new currents in architecture and is either characteristic of the era of false-Renaissance currents of the reign of Alexander III, or imprints aspirations, not without reason called decadent at one time.
