The monograph contains results that reveal the possibilities of using natural science methods in archaeological research. Reconstruction of paleogeographic conditions of ancient nature management using complementary natural archives was carried out. Patterns of soil development on dated surfaces have been established, taking into account the diversity of natural and anthropogenically transformed source rocks.
