The monograph describes the morphology, biology of potatoes and cultivation technology. New devices have been developed for pre-planting stimulation of potato tubers, assessment of their quality and yield properties. An analysis of changes in the meteorological conditions of the regions of Western Siberia and their impact on the productivity of field crops was carried out. New methods of planting tubers, protecting plants from pests and methods of programming potato yield are proposed.
