The book is dedicated to the largest and most organized state of Eurasia of the XIII-XIV centuries - the Golden Horde. The main space of the future Russian Empire and the ethnic groups inhabiting it were first united in the Golden Horde, whose borders before the period of decline stretched from the Danube to Altai, from the White Sea to the Caucasus and the Southern Aral Sea region. In its heyday, this state had the highest standard and quality of life in what was then Europe. Turkic ethnic groups, which united the main peoples of Eurasia in the 13th century and adopted Islam in the 14th century, could not maintain their leadership, and two centuries later it passed to the East Slavic ethnic groups.
