The collection published cases No. 1-21, the 2nd description of the 76 Nezhinsky Regimental Court Foundation of the Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Kyiv. The documents cover civil and criminal cases that were considered in the Nezhinsky regimental court from 1736 to 1747, and related to abduction, beating, illegal imprisonment and maintenance, unlawful seizure of property, land, land real estate. Sources reveal the peculiarities of court proceedings and the process, contain a layer of information regarding the toponymy of the region, social communications, the personal composition of the government and non-governmental foreman, and the like.
