The book for the first time publishes a Russian translation of the historical monument "True Records of the Mongols of the Qing Dynasty," published by the Research Center for a Set of Ancient Written Monuments of Small Peoples of the Armed Forces of the People's Republic of China in the Old Written Mongolian Language in 2013. It was compiled on the basis of the Mongolian version of one of the most objective historiography monuments of the reign of the Manchu Dynasty in China "True Records of the Rule of the Great Qing Dynasty."
