Fedor Fedorovich Ushakov (February 13 (24), 1745 - October 2 (14), 1817) - Russian naval commander, admiral (1799), commander of the Black Sea Fleet (1790-1792). In 2001, the Russian Orthodox Church ranked among the saints as a righteous warrior Theodore Ushakov.
