The book describes the basic methods for calculating flat frames: forces, deformations, moment and angular foci. The theory of each method is summarized and a complete solution is given to characteristic numerical examples of engineering calculation with the construction of diagrams of internal forces. In addition to simple frames, complex multi-span multi-storey frames with broken and curved elements are considered. In addition, the main theorems on deformations of elastic systems are given.
