The real book of the famous German thinker G.V.F. Hegel included his famous work "Phenomenology of the Spirit" and a fragment of the work "Philosophy of Law." Hegel wrote the "phenomenology of spirit" when Jena was besieged by Napoleon's troops, and the philosopher felt like he was witnessing the greatest turning point in human history, the transition from a traditional way to a worldwide modernity. But in his work, the author does not talk about the world around him, but about the inevitable victory of the rational principle, "spirit" as the general meaning of history. In the Philosophy of Law, Hegel refers to another area of ​ ​ a person's worldview and says that the right cannot be derived only from a duty to society, from a sense of justice or from customs to resolve disputes. It is not only laws and their interpretation, but the ability to freely dispose of your body and your property, without feeling humiliation either in everyday life or in relations with other people.
