The focus of the author is on the feasibility of large formations in society, be it a metropolis or a concern known throughout the world. Do people notice that they live and work among people, and not among carriers of certain functions? Can they see in another person a full-fledged personality? Positive answers to these questions are possible only in a high-density society, where people know what to expect from each other, and thereby control each other's behavior.
